=IF(ISTEXT(A1),"",IF(AND(A1=1,A1<=149),0,IF(A1=1 50,A1,"")))
This will return a blank cell for a value in A1 that is "less than 1", "any number that is greater than 140 and less than 150", "and any text"...........otherwise, it will do as you ask.....
