That would easily bypass your printing ban. |

Yes, there is a way to do that. But as Doug said, they can get the
information in your file other ways. You can use a Workbook_BeforePrint macro that will stop all printing and can display a message box to the user saying whatever you want. However, if he elects to open the file with macros disabled, this will be for naught and he can print anything he wants. Post back if you want to go the macro route.
