How can I reformat an Organizational Chart?

I am trying to create an Org Chart with out the top shape. I have deleted
the lines from this shap, and I even took off the Auto Format for the shape
and changed this shape to a banner, wich disconnected it from the rest of the
Org Chart. Is there any way to change the template or creat a new one in
Excel?
