I know you can convert individual worksheets to pdf files, but is there a way
to convert the entire workbook to pdf?

If you are using Acrobat Distiller as your converter/printer, then select all
the tabs first, and then Print via Acrobat Distiller. Alternately, when
printing via Acrobat Distiller, select Entire Workbook on the print dialog
box.

If you have a Convert to PDF icon, I suspect it would work the same way.

I have had success with the free file downloads and instructions for use here
at Dale Nurden's site.

http://www.rcis.co.za/dale/info/pdfguide.htm

Saves first to single *.ps file which is then converted to *.pdf

Returns one PDF file from multiple sheets.
