Automatic table row heights
I've created a fairly complex table, with multiple columns, merged
cells and split rows. But looks perfectly great and logical because of the setup. Normally when I've created simple tables the rows automatically get "longer/deeper" as I add more text to the cell, so you can always still read all the text in the cell after I've finished typing it. But in this new, more complicated table some cells are not automatically getting deeper with the addition of more text..... the cell is "naturally" just sitting on a depth of 1 row, until I go in and manually alter it. Double clicking on the edge doesn't make the depth increase like it normally would .... it just stays stationary. Instead, the only way I can change the depth of the cell is by actually "dragging" the border until just past the last row I've typed in that cell. Hope you know what I mean....... Can anybody tell me what's going wrong??? Thanks |

Thanks but it wasn't a problem with the wrapping of the text .... it's
all wrapped correctly, the cells just weren't showing all the rows of (wrapped) text .... only the first line of it. |
