Print Preview---the whole file is blank.
 

I am having trouble printing a file. I have a file with 3 pages of data with
a header and when I print it, you could only the header and the rest of the
file is blank.....
Even when you print preview it you see only the header with the rest of the
sheets blank.

I checked the page break preview, and that seems fine and shows me three
pages that needs to print....but the print preview and actuals print says the
file blank.

can someone help me

Check menu File, Page Setup, Sheet Tab - Check print range (Box at top)

Hi Jim
I have checked the print range. everything is fine as far page setup is
concerned but when I view it in the print preview it's not visible but it's
highlighted at the page setup.....If I copy this and paste it in the new
workbook as text...then you could view it in print preview...but I don't want
to do that..since I have other stuff there....
