What's the difference between Excel 2002 and Excel 2003 (summary)?

Excel 2002 vs. Excel 2003
 

Very little. Excel 2003 has more support for XML but that's about
it. If you are thinking of upgrading, I would wait until the end
of the year when Excel 2007 comes out. That version is VERY
different.
