Data Sort 2 part question
 

I have a sheet that I need to sort my column then row. I don't know if this
is possible.

Also, when I do sort by column some of my cells return with formula errors
(seems to be sorting but bringing the rows out of order). This sheet has a
lot of formulations and macros.
