Printing Custom Header to edge of paper

Hi,
I am trying to get a image that is 8.6" wide to print all the way to the
edge of the printer, my printer will do that. I have specified the margins
to be 0.00 left and right but it will not go past the 3/4" mark.

Excel 2003

Please help
