Make date change in excel to current date when opening daily?

=TODAY() typed in any cell will return the current date. If the file is
saved and re-opened tomorrow, it will show tomorrow's date.......

Use the TODAY() function
Eg: in A1: =TODAY()
A1 will always return the current date
(calc mode assumed set to auto, of course)
