AutoFit rows issue
In Excel 2003, SR2, I sometimes get rows that seem to ignore Autofit.
Sometimes the row is too tall, and sometimes too short. The rows are mostly wrapped text. If i copy the row into a new document, it'll auto-fit fine. No merged cells are involved. If I select just one cell in the row, with just a short word in it, and try to AutoFit the row, no change happens (it seems the row should shrink to a small value - to expose just the word in the selected cell). This AutoFit feature seems flaky, yet it'd seem MSFT would get it right after so many versions of this product. Am I alone in this trouble? Is there a fix anyone knows of? Thanks! |
