Hi Peter

the only way i can repeat the behaviour that you have outlined below is by
setting the "fit to x pages wide by x pages tall" option in file / page
setup .... this over-rides the page breaks.

Changing this back to 100% scaling allows me to use manual page breaks.
Does this also work for you?
