Why so slow
 

When i open excel it takes 2-3 minutes, this is not trying to open a workbook
or anything this is just the application, it takes even longer when you try
to open a before you open the application, if you can catch my drift.
Any ideas?

Could be your Anti-virus software, and/or could be you have many, or large
Add-ins loading.........
