Negative percentages
Cell A1 has a percentage of 83.3%. Cell B1 has a floor of 95.5%. If cell A1
is less than cell B1, how would I change the color of the 83.3 % to red. And if I have a percentage greater than 95.5% how do I keep it black? Thanks Mac |
