How to save an Excel workbook to work in Microsoft Works?

Saving Excel to MS Works
 

File - Save As - and from the dropdown box select ".wks" extension.

However if saving something from Excel to "works" it will have to be very
basic.

Firstly you will only allowed to be able to save one worksheet and not a
typical workbook.
