Excel - Access interface
 

I'm still a bit new to excel and need to interface to an Access db. I
understand that there are several approaches and I'm confused about
which to use and why. Can someone point me to a brief description of
the choices and factors relevant to the various choices (ADO v. DAO v.
?)? Also I'm confused about where Jet plays into the game.

Any clues would be greatly appreciated.
