i want to use pivot table for my cycle time calculation. the cycle time is
the difference between the maximum of one column and the minimum of another
one. how can i use calculated field?

A calculated field works with the sums of other fields. You could do the
calculations outside of the pivot table, referencing the cells in the
pivot table.
