Excel 2003 Formulas ?
Excel 2003,
Hi, After creating a formula to extract data from various cells to put into one ie: ="Name: "&A2&", Surname: "&B2&", Age: "&C2 * I would like to delete the cells which I don't need anymore however I lose data from the cell that I've applied the above formula to as it loses its ref - is there a way around this ? Thanks for your time to my query. Regards, MAC |
Excel 2003 Formulas ?
copy the cells with the name, surname, age. Go to edit-paste special-values and paste those cells into a new column. Delete the column with the formula and then you can delete any of the other cells that you need to. -- mphell0 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mphell0's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=30153 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=515722 |
