Default Problems with Turkish regional settings

We have a user from Turkey running our application using Turkish
settings and they're receiving the error message: Error:[1004] Method
'Range' of object '_Global' failed.
It seems to be occurring in alot of our code where we use
Range("xyz").value = ...
Are there known problems with using Turkish regional settings?
