Default Quick Question - Pivot Table Data

Hello,

The answer may be here, but I haven't stumbled across it yet.

I'm prepping for a project at work to track Equiptment conditions. I
plan on using a pivot table to filter out machines based on their
conditions. Machines which are in perfect working condition are
filtered out and Machines with minor issues or unworkable are to be
separated into two separate pivot tables for appearence. I think I
understand enough about Pivot tables to do that. What's stumping me is
how to allow the user to access further information by clicking on a
link provided by that pivot table.

The specifications of the project require a brief summary of all
machines with issues, with the ability to access a more detailed
account, including a Narrative box describing the issue with the
machine.

Any help/ideas anybody has would be appreicated.
