Hyperlink to Adobe

When trying to hyperlink from Excel to an Adobe PDF file, it will not open.
Adobe just flashes, then closes. Using Excel 2003 & Adobe Acrobat standard
7.0.

Note: When using Adobe 6.0, it worked.
