I've seen other posts on the web with similar problems as mine, but I haven't
found a solution: When a cell in Excel is formatted to wrap text, the text does not display. It will print, it shows up on print preview, and it will show up if I edit the cell, but it does not display when I'm simply looking at the spreadsheet. I've checked the font color, alignment, number format, but none of these make a difference. Any ideas? Thank you, Erik |

Sometimes, adding alt-enters every 80-100 characters will help.
If the cell is merged, then you may have to adjust the rowheight manually. Thank you, Dave, but the problem exists no matter how many or few characters
are in the cell, and for both merged and unmerged cells. "Dave Peterson" wrote: Sometimes, adding alt-enters every 80-100 characters will help. Have you played with the row height? I've had similar experiences and if I
make the row height a little smaller (normally) I can see the data. -- Kevin Vaughn "Erik" wrote: I've seen other posts on the web with similar problems as mine, but I haven't found a solution: When a cell in Excel is formatted to wrap text, the text does not display. Thank you, Kevin. However, I tried the row height and it doesn't change
anything. "Kevin Vaughn" wrote: Have you played with the row height? My wrapped text is displaying again. Although the exact problem was not
identified, our IT department just replaced my port replicator, which I use to connect my laptop to our firm's network. The wrapped text now appears normally. That was going to be my next guess.
