Setting print options globally ?
I have a workbook with over 25 tabs and I want to be able to set some print options that would take effect for all 25+ tabs without having to go to each tab and setting them for each. An example is that I want to set landscape mode on and print 2 copies per tab.... Any help would be appreciated ! -- tcurrier ------------------------------------------------------------------------ tcurrier's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=31279 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=514525 |
Setting print options globally ?
You can "group" the tabs by holding the CTRL key and individually
right-clicking each tab, or by clicking the left-most tab, holding the Shift key, and clicking the right-most tab to select all visible tabs. When tabs are grouped, any change made to any one tab is reflected in all the tabs. Once grouped you can set your desired print parameters. Note that hidden tabs are not affected. When you are done setting print parameters, be sure to un-group the tabs by right-clicking any tab once and selecting "Ungroup"- if you don't, any typing or shading or deleting or whatever done on one tab is repeated on all the selected tabs- easy to destroy data this way.
