multiple criteria
 

I need help trying to find out the value from multiple criteria.
I've attached "sample". I need to show all the different outcomes
(sum) from each category. Need help :confused:

Have I missed something? Your sample has 4 small tables for Phase,
Complexity, Indication and Option - what do you want to do with them?
