Only if you say "please".

I found this link. It refers to older versions of Excel, but still looks
applicable.

Since the days of Windows 3.1, Windows has had a neat little applet
called Object Packager, which allows certain types of files to be
embedded within other types of files. Object Packager will give you an
icon within the spreadsheet which, when double-clicked, will play the
sound file. To start up the applet, click the Start button, then run,
type type in PACKAGER, and hit enter. The Help files should be enough
to get you to figure out how to accomplish what you need.

You can also go to Insert Object scroll down to Wave Sound and select it
OK

Record your sound, voice in this case or perhaps something else, (I recorded
a bunch of coins falling into a coffee can to simulate hitting a jackpot on
a slots game I had made).

Turn on the macro recorder and double click the wave sound icon and that
will give you the code to play your sound if you want.
