Default how do I enter more data to an already made pull down menu

I have created a spreadsheet with pull down menus, I have forgotten some
information that needs to be put in the pull down, how to I fix that ?

Default how do I enter more data to an already made pull down menu


put cursor in the cell with the menu
go to Data tab,
Validation
settings
it will tell you where your information is located.
go to that area, insert your new info and then make sure you change the
cell range in the Data box (Validation window)
