Filling fields when sending a workbook.
 

Is it possible to have the fields to, cc, subject filled with some pre
defined data when we have to send a workbook? If we fill once this
information in a specific worksheet we lose all the data when we choose the
option to send to mail recipient...in the past we didn´t have this
problem...this data remained unchanged every time we had to send the
workbook...
