Navigating from cell to cell with arrow keys
 

Can anyone help me? I have done something to the spread sheet I am using
and now i am unable to navigate from cell to cell using the arrow keys
on the key board which i'm finding extremely stressful, please help!!!!

You may have inadvertenly toggled the scroll lock key.
