how install excel only in office 2003

The right click no longer functions in Excel. Also, my toolbars have
disappeared. How do I restore default values to the program or install Excel
only from Office 2003.

I used the repair wizard and it worked, but it also deleted all my phone
book and old messages in Outlook.
