Desert Piranha

Convert PDF to Excel

Hi all,

I know i will have to buy something, and have seen free trials, and
have searched for software. Lots of it on Google. So i was just
wondering if any of you have used software to do this and how it
worked.

Im looking to be able to take a PDf file, and make it a workable file,
in excel, which i can send to my users.

Abby makes one that you can try out

http://download.abbyy.com/content/default.aspx

otherwise most OCR and software that comes with scanners
scansoft paperport I know will do it

I actually have the PDF Transforner from Abby but I have never used it,
guess I never needed it so far. Adobe of course but it is rather expensive

Might also have a look at www.planetpdf.com - this site has a lot of
stuff for trial on it. Most stuff (I have found) doesn't convert from
pdf to excel very well.
