XCEL FILE REC'D AS READ ONLY -- HOW TO NOT BE "READ ONLY"

i am rec'ving email xcel files as "read only". i want them to NOT be "read
only" so i can modify and save w/ in the email....

Right-click the file, select properties, uncheck read only box, apply
