Formulas not recognizing new data

I have a workbook with formulas across sheets. All the sheets with
formulas are driven off of data that is manually pasted into three
sheets. I have two formulas that reference formulas that combine some
of the data from the manually pasted data.

For some reason in some cases the formulas don't refresh when I paste
in the new data. However, when I manually go to the formulas that are
not showing the new data and I refresh the formula buy hitting F2 and
then enter, the new data appears.

This tells me the formulas are correct but they, for some reason, are
not refreshing when the new data is pasted.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Thanks for your assistance.
