hyperlinking from excel to a point within a MP3 file
 

I'm creating a log sheet for a mp3 recording of a meeting. Is there a way to
create a hyperlink from the excel log sheet to a specific point in the mp3
file? Or, is there a different file type that will let me do this?

What is an mp3 file? Is it a text file?
