Default How to synchronize different Excel files

Hi,
I am keeping an excel file on my hard drive and also a copy of the same
file on the network drive, I would like to have the network drive excel
file to be updated when I make changes and save the original file. IT
does not have to automatic, it could be triggered by a macro (button)
as well.

I tried to use the "publish as web page + add interactivity" feature
but since the original file has external references (formulas) it often
causes problems.

Is there a way to sync these files easily?

Thanks
