Data Validation
 

I've got a large spreadsheet (2mb) which has many empty forms repeated with
lots of dropdown list validations - I know, it should be a database really
(don't go there).

For some reason, the data vailidation is now not working which is essential
as it is for others to complete. The drop downs are appearing but it is now
possible to type anything in the validated cells even though there is a stop
error alert message checked for them if non list items are input.

Any ideas or is this just corrupt?

There may be a blank cell in the range that contains the items for the
data validation dropdown list.
