Default page breaks

i have being tasked to create a spreadsheet for a member of the family,
however as there are so many headings i feel that as they don't under
stand computers well i need to make it as simple as possible.
i would like the page to brake after a selected section of the
spreadsheet, for example:

the 1st section is monthly income, the 2nd is monthly outgoings,3rd is
company addresses.

i would like a brake between the different sections, that when draged
up and closed it shows the information and has a heading that stop the
section getting lost.

is this possible as i can seem to get it to work but don't see why it
would't.

thanks either way
