working spreadsheet from several workstations
 

I am trying to enter data from several workstations at the same time to
one excel spreadsheet but I always get the error that the file is “in
use”. Is there any way to do this?

With your workbook open go to Tools, Share Workbook.. check appropriate
box(s).
