how do i hide columns in excel so no one can open them.
for example col c is the result of col a times col b. i only want people to
see the results in col c. i don't want them to see the data in a and b. so i hide those columns. but how do i make it so they can't unhide?? thanks, excel 2003 |

Protect the worksheet. Tools menu, Protection, Protect Worksheet.

thanks. it appears that if i don't password the protection, user can
