Excel Installer

I have created a template using excel and want to put it on a disc for
the user to install himself, there are 2 other files that need to be
put in My Documents for saving data but the user dosen't know how to do
it, so I need a program (Excel) installer that will put everything where
I need it for him to use. Is there a program out there that will do
this.??????
