How to sort by ZIP codes listed in one column in Excel spread sh?
 
I have a name and address data base and I want to extract a set of listings
by ZIP codes, and then have them listed in numerical ZIP code order.

YOu could use an Advanced Filter to extract the records, then sort the
extracted data by zip code. There are Advanced Filter instructions in
Excel's Help, and he
