Password protection of Folder

Hi

This is not directly related to excel... I have a folder in a shared drive
that contains some excel files. I need to "password protect" this folder so
that no one else except me has access to this folder or even
read/write/copy/delete any files contained in it... not even a read-only is
allowed. Possible?
