converting ascii csv to .txt for financial data
 

im all new to this sort of thing; but i have ascii data in the csv
format,
i need to convert this data to .txt then get into notepad, i have ms
office "03" so im sure this can be done, after conversion i need to
paste
into notepad to import into another program, if anyone out there can
help me would greatly appreciate it, please address any replies as if
i am 11yr old child that way i wont screw it up. to be very specific
i attached 2 files 1 bp.txt which is csv format and the 2nd bund
data the bund format is what im looking for; also the last volume
column can be omitted, on bp file. thanks

Not sure what you are trying to do. The .csv file essentially IS a text
file. You probably want to re-arrange data in the columns.
Unfortunately the attachements can't be read. Can you post say the
first two lines of each file to give us a clue what they look like?
