Default My Excel Title bar does not indicate what file is open

Instead of the Title bar indicating "Microsoft Office Excel 2003 Book 1" it
simply states "Microsoft Office Excel"
I have a blue bar between the column bar and the formula bar which does
indicate the open file (Book 1). For training purposes I would like to change
to the format where the title bar indicates the open file.
How do I do that?
