Excel 2003 - Freeze panes

?Is there a way to freeze panes both vertical and horizontally at this same
time

Excel 2003 - Freeze panes

Select a cell below row 1 and to the right of column A. Then window|freeze
panes.

Every row above the selected cell will be frozen. Every column to the left of
the selected cell will be frozen.

Excel 2003 - Freeze panes

Place your cell position where you want freeze, then go and set freeze
windows
