find/replace enters

is it possible to do a find/replace in excel on paragraph ends etc like in
ms word?
Some of the cells in my excel files have multiple lines in 1 cell (it's not
that they continue on the following line because of word wrap, no, there
must be an enter or something between it.
I want to replace those by another character.

In ms word I can do this find/replace but not in excel it seems?
I don't see those special character options in excel 2003.
any suggestions?
