Print Social Security as formatted.

I have a column formatted as Special/Soc Sec. And it shows the format
correctly. However, it does not print the social security numbers correctly,
that is with the dashes in place?

Any help will be appreciated.

TIA

Sorry! Wrong Forum. I am trying to mail merge to print labels from Word and
the social security is not properly formatted when the label is printed...

Otherwise, the excel sheet prints ok. :-)

There's an article on the Microsoft web site that might help you:

Answer Box: Numbers don't merge right in Word

And if you prefer the old Mail Merge helper, Word MVP Suzanne Barnhill
has instructions he

about half way down the page.
