Can I rearrange data entered in rows into colums in Excel?

Hello, we've got a great deal of data entered in rows but need to
automatically (if possibly) rearrange it so that it is set up in columns. Is
there any way to do this?

then check TRANSPOSE in the dialog box that comes up
