Filtering Pivot Table Data
Dear All,
I have a Pivot Table where in the "Page" section I have a Field called Postcodes. Is there any way for me to filter these postcodes so I can select a certain range without having to create a seperate Pivot with a subset of my main data? eg ... (for Australia Postcodes) I want to sum up all my transactions per companythat fall between postcodes 2000 and 2050. I don't want to select all the postcodes listed, and I don't want to have to do one postcode at a time. Thanks in Advance... andym |

Hi Andy
Unfortunately PT does not allow grouping of Page fields directly. Temporarily drag your Postcode field from Page to Row. Right click on field Group start 2000 end 2050 by 50 Drag field back to Page area Select Group 2000-2050 -- Regards Roger Govier wrote in message oups.com...
