What is [Group] in the titlebar of an Excel spreadsheet?

I have a spreadsheet and [Group] now appears against the title in the title
bar. One of the symptoms is that I can no longer add a comment to a cell. Why
has this happened and how can I get out of it again?

It simply means that you have 2 or more worksheets grouped togeter, just
select one of the other worksheet to ungroup. To group worksheets you hold
down the CTRL key then select the worksheets.
