How do I make two y axis in bar graphs (i.e. cross hatching)??

Just create your graph with Y lines on one axis. Then right click on the line
you want to move to a new axis on the right side and select FormatDataSeries.
From there click on the Axis tab then click the button that says SecondaryAxis.
